You don’t need a full trip-planning package to book with Viviamo.
Use our hotel booking portal to search, compare and reserve stays directly—whether you need one night for a wedding, a hotel for a work trip, a long weekend away or accommodations for a vacation you’re happily planning yourself.
At participating properties, your booking may include preferred partner benefits such as daily breakfast, hotel credits, upgrades, early check-in and late checkout.
And while you’re booking online, you’re still booking with Viviamo. We can see your reservation, make sure the hotel knows you’re our client and step in behind the scenes when needed.

And even though you're booking online, you're not booking alone. We still see the reservation, make sure the hotel knows you're a Viviamo client, and can help behind the scenes if something needs attention.

To use the Viviamo Booking Portal, you’ll first need to be set up as a client in our system. After you book, I’ll reach out for your arrival details and anything else I need to properly note your stay with the hotel.
Viviamo does not add a planning fee or markup to portal hotel bookings.
Both flexible and non-refundable rates may be available. Please review the cancellation policy before booking; if you select a non-refundable rate, those terms are binding and I cannot override them afterward.
When in doubt, reach out before booking and I’m happy to take a look.

A Quick Guide on Rates
You may see several prices for the exact same room. Here's what those little labels mean:
Direct → Your reservation is booked directly with the hotel.
Non-direct → The rate is sourced through a third-party provider. It may be less expensive, but can have different terms and less flexibility.
Perks → This rate includes additional benefits through our hotel partnerships, which may include breakfast, hotel credits, upgrades and more. You’ll see the specific benefits before you book.
Refundable / Non-refundable → Always check the cancellation policy before booking. I can't change or override the terms of the rate you select.
My tip: A Preferred Partner Rate is not a “perks package” added on top of the hotel rate. In many cases, it aligns with the hotel’s standard flexible Best Available Rate—with the preferred benefits added. Compare the same room, inclusions and cancellation terms to make sure you’re looking at apples to apples.

How it Works
Learn how to use the Viviamo Booking Portal

Enter the email address or phone number I have on file for you. You'll receive a 6-digit code via email to verify your identity — no password needed.

Enter your destination or region, dates, and number of travelers.

Browse available hotels, then select a room to see the different rates available.

Choose your preferred rate and complete your reservation right in the portal.

Once your reservation is confirmed, I’ll reach out to confirm your arrival time and gather any additional details I should share with the hotel before your stay.
WHEN TO USE THE PORTAL VS. ME
Use the portal when:
You’re happy to browse and choose your own hotel. Perfect for quick getaways, work trips, wedding weekends, one-night stays, or a hotel for a trip you’re otherwise planning yourself.
Work with me when:
You want my curation and point of view—whether that means narrowing down the right hotel, deciding where to go, or designing more of the trip around the way you like to travel.
The portal gives you access and control. Working with me adds curation, strategy and a personal point of view.
A simple rule: if you want to do the browsing, use the portal. If you want me to do the research and narrow the choices, work with me.
